Welcome to the Angelics Team Ladies !And Good Luck in the Competition : )

Now...
I hate be tough....
But I think we should address a couple of rules now that voting has resumed...

First and foremost is the fact that you MUST have a Digital Delilah banner on your site at all times and it should be linked to the main site! Here is a banner that you may use(if you do not have one) :

Also, You may have an approved banner personalized, if you so choose, all you have to to is Email Lady Patricia stating the name that you would like on your graphic and she will send it to you.I only ask that you keep the "generic" one on your site until you receive your personalized one as it is a rule that the Digital Delilah's are very strict about!

Another rule of the competition is that your site must not contain any offensive material. The Digital Police were out doing their jobs during the vacation, and I am sure that none of you have broken that rule at this point. But just remember that we must keep it that way !

I would also like to let you all in on a few ways to add votes to your sites in the weeks to come.

First and foremost ADVERTISE !
Put a few Angelic Banners on your site that are linked back to the voting tables. If you click on the link from here, you will find the code to copy and paste into your pages and you don't even have to upload the graphics ! You can let them load straight from our site here !

Another way to advertise is to send out daily messages ! If you have ICQ, AIM, Yahoo Messenger, or email all you have to do is send a message to all of your friends asking them to vote for you on a daily basis! Post on message boards, or maybe even start a mailing list of your own for daily vote reminders ! There is also a group mailing address for all of us to use that is hosted by egroups. You may join it by emailing your request here . This group is for everyone involved in Digital Delilah's and is a great way to promote your site and have some fun with the other competitors !

If you don't advertise, how will your friends know that you are competing and that they should vote for you !

Another great way to get add points to your score is to sign up for the jewels program. This is a proram where you are awarded jewels for every week that your site receives no zeroes on the vote tables, for creating a spirit page, for posting cheers and for referring a friend who joins the DD's. Each jewels is worth a certain number of points and you may cash them in as long as you are competing in the lower levels of competition. They can help a great deal when you are in a tight spot and need just a few votes to push you ahead of your competitor! To find out more about jewels, go here.

Other happenings within the Digital Delilah's...

The DD Webring : The Digital Delilah's has a webring as well as the site competition. If you haven't already, I suggest you sign up. Everyone knows that webrings forward traffic to your site once you become a memeber. And of course, more trraffic means more votes !!!

The Banner Exchange : Yet another way to drive traffice to your site is the DD Banner Exchange ! Your banner is displayed in exchange for you displaying the banner of others within the Digital Delilahs. Though the banner exchange was only recently added to DD's we have a fairly good number of participants. The more to participate, the more displaying banners. The more displaying banners, the more hits everyone gets by clicking on banners from other Digital Delilah participants !

Charm School :Charm School is a fun way to get involved and share the fun! Charms are little graphics that have been created by memebrs of the school and are displayed in a specially designed table. Each charm is linked back to it's creater's website (another way to get traffic) and they are simply adorable! We have a charm scool manager who is available at any point if you have any problems with your table or creating charms, so you don't need to worry about not being able to create graphics or knowing how to code HTML by yourself !

The DD Morale Officer : Have you gotten a lot of help from a staff member ? Maybe you have noticed someone on the staff that you feel is doing a job that deserves special recognition. The DD Morale Officer is the person to contact. This person issues special awards (stars) to memebers of the staff upon recommendation of others. If you feel that your encounter with a staff memeber was worthy of recognition, let em know by referring them to the Morale Officer for consideration of receiving a star.

The Digital Artists : The Digital Artists are always here for your should you need any graphics. They do fantastic work and are available to create graphics for all memebers of the Digital Delilah's. I encourage you to use them if you are looking for graphics for your website, a banner, or even a charm for the charm school !

DD's Help Wanted :The Digital Delilah's are accepting applications for staff on an ongoing basis. If you think you have what it takes, and you would like to become a member of the staff visit the help wanted site to see if anything is available that may interest you. We'd love to have you on board !
